The optimal water temperature for our machine to work is 41F to 95F, if worked under 35F, the battery duration and performance may be affected. The pool cleaner may run relatively slower with weakend suction when it's low on power or clogged with dirt. It is recommended to clean the filter box in time to solve the problem. Generally, no debris will fall out while pulling the cleaner out of the pool. If this happens, please make sure that the bottom shell of the machine and the filter are installed in place.
